My husband and I have been on the house hunt (and what a headache it has been). Anyways, it is nice to have had a day to just sit down and relax! 迪化街生意人居多，貿易是為最大宗。南洋頻繁的香料，華南的藥本，華中華北的木材，從水門港埠開通小運河，及膝的水位可以讓小舟變成載貨推車，順勢推進到現在貴德街即西寧北路的茶莊後門，陳天來錦記茶行後門入口作高的原因便是為了運河下貨。 除了房東，有一種看不見的生意是只有在地人才會知道的大戶，就是出租冰庫的家族。 迪化街每家每戶幾乎都是三落的建築，倉儲都不會是問題，有些人自宅的二落甚至是大花園，在我的印象中還有像熱帶叢林一般的茂密樹叢和高聳椰子樹，就在家的裡面，正中央，堆甚麼貨都不成問題。 但，有些生鮮或是昂貴貨品絕對需要冰庫，這些巨大冰庫從日治時代就散落隱身在永樂市場(延平北路上也有)裡面，24小時不停運作著，保護著昂貴食材的新鮮度。一來貨品昂貴，二來冰庫化學和低溫環境危險，兒時三不五時都會聽到"阿摩尼亞又洩了! 的叫喊聲，低溫需要的化學毒物管線常破損，舊時的永樂市場時時上演店家攤販顧客大逃難的戲碼。 所以幾乎每個大小庫點都會有人看守，散落隱身在大稻埕四處，許多地點是超乎想像的。 其中最值得關注的便是陳明章老師將南管音樂分析後轉化到吉他上的南管調弦法。簡單來說，南管樂音階構成以五聲音...陳老師的吉他南管調弦構...
