For my actual birthday my family met up with my cousin's family at Red Robin for dinner. Sadee and Mason told the waitress it was my birthday so later the waiters came back and made me stand up on the booth seat and hold the balloons under my chin while they sang to me. really embarassing. Let me tell ya. On, the plus side we all got free ice cream :). Mason, me and Sadee. I am now 14!

Too much alcohol at a tailgate plus Patterson House and late night cookies messed up my day. 3 glasses of wine and late night protein bars, fruit/nut bars, and nuts messed up my day. Big steak for dinner plus a bunch of fruit/nut bars from Live Raw. Friday, October 2, 2009. 1 cup of Kombucha tea. Black coffee with 1/2 tsp Coconut Oil. 1 cup of Raw Milk. 15 cups of arugula. 2 tbsp Zukay Salad Dressing. 35 cups of Sweet Potato Fries. 3 cups Russian Kale.
