Wednesday, February 25, 2015. I commute to and from work everyday on MOPAC (aka Loop 1, if you are not from Austin). One day I took a ride home with a co-worker and he showed me this awesome way to save at least 5-10 minutes on your southbound commute on MOPAC during afternoon rush hour. This time saver could also come in handy anytime there is traffic on southbound MOPAC, which is most of the time! It All Starts At 45th Street. The Time Saving Maneuver. Don't get onto 35th street!
