I did manage to get a fairly good session in last Friday but that window shut fast. Right now the surf is ridable. If this were the east coast, there’d be 100 guys in the water. Just don’t swallow the water and wear all the rubber you have. Tomorrow is calling for south-easterly winds and calmer conditions. Looking forward to it. See you out there! Report after report say that the value of homes are decreasing, but a recent government report shows that the situation is not nearly as dire as it may sound. We know that bad news usually sell better than good news and it is often applied when broadcasting news. So how does this apply towards the housing market?
