We're moving to Denver, the skinniest city in America!
Blame the Altitude.: June 2010
http://blamethealtitude.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
We're moving to Denver, the skinniest city in America! Wednesday, June 2, 2010. Giving it away for free. Denver's Museum of Contemporary Art ( www.mcadenver.org. Is literally two doors up from our apartment building, and it is a very cool space with rotating exhibits and lots of special events. Before we moved to Denver, I knew that I wanted to get involved in the community through volunteer work, and I immediately looked into opportunities at the MCA when we arrived. Tuesday, June 1, 2010.

Blame the Altitude.: Oh, hi.
http://blamethealtitude.blogspot.com/2010/10/oh-hi.html
We're moving to Denver, the skinniest city in America! Tuesday, October 19, 2010. The past few months have gone by way too quickly, mostly because I started a new job in July that has basically dominated my life and we had a busy summer filled with visitors and short East Coast jaunts. I can't believe it's already almost the holidays. And we've been in Denver for almost seven months. Yowza! A few short musings. Can we please get some cold air up in here? EXCUSE ME, CHOWDER! And you don't want that! I thi...

We're moving to Denver, the skinniest city in America! Tuesday, February 8, 2011. I started a Happy 2011 blog post that I never finished. but it began like this:. Since I wrote the above, we made it to Hawaii and back for Cho's beautiful, fun wedding. It was so great to catch up with college friends who I haven't seen in forever, and it was kind of crazy how much we've all grown up. Can you say baby boom? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). We're ready to take this show on the road! View my complete profile.

Roasted Beat: January 2010
http://roastedbeat.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
A garden variety blog. Tuesday, January 26, 2010. It bums me out to admit this, but I recently realized I kind of am when it comes to a few things. Things that when I encounter others doing them, make me roll my eyes, shake my head disapprovingly, or sigh exasperatedly. And then I go and do them. These include:. Texting while driving. Ok, so I don’t actually (usually) text, but I do read texts and emails … only when in slow-moving, heavy traffic though! Being late. This is a weird one … I was, ...There a...
Roasted Beat: August 2010
http://roastedbeat.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
A garden variety blog. Monday, August 16, 2010. My bad on the long lapse. I can’t believe the last time I wrote,. Was in week 2, and now it’s down to the final 7 contestants. So sad that I measure the passing of time with reality television developments. Buckle up gang, time for Roasted Beat’s one and only … pregnancy post. If I start using this blog as a place to vent all the many and varied things I’m feeling right now, I won’t have time for the really important stuff like. I love projects like this...
Roasted Beat: Chagrined
http://roastedbeat.blogspot.com/2011/04/chagrined.html
A garden variety blog. Friday, April 29, 2011. That is it, quite simply. I don’t know what we did to deserve such a perfect and beautiful and happy little guy to spend our lives fawning over, but whatever it was I know I am and we are truly blessed. The winter was tough. I just wanted to take the little guy out and about and show him off for all the world to see. See this adorable little thing? I get to take him home with me! And cover his tiny warm head in hundreds of smooches every day! LOVE the shout ...
Roasted Beat: Bravo!
http://roastedbeat.blogspot.com/2010/06/bravo.html
A garden variety blog. Friday, June 25, 2010. This is no longer the case, since I can catch up on missed eps on the weekends and such. Anyway, back to my buddies at Bravo. It wasn’t too many years ago this network was known mainly for two things:. Queer Eye for the Straight Guy. A great show, though I never developed a regular viewing pattern with it), and. Inside the Actors Studio with James Lipton. Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List. The Rachel Zoe Project. And friends, it’s back! This was its second...

Roasted Beat: Simplify
http://roastedbeat.blogspot.com/2010/12/simplify.html
A garden variety blog. Monday, December 13, 2010. No can do. I thought about shortcutting it with a mix or something, but realistically, what’s the point of participating in a swap if your offerings are some lousy “just add water” concoction? There isn’t one. Some of the guys here have wives that could legitimately be professional bakers, and they come bearing all manner of jaw-dropping confections. So I will happily sit this one out. Roasted Beat: Where o where have I been?
http://roastedbeat.blogspot.com/2010/10/where-o-where-have-i-been.html
A garden variety blog. Monday, October 18, 2010. Where o where have I been? And I mean that literally, as well as figuratively. Some answers:. 1) Yellowstone National Park! 2) Park City, Utah! 3) Monte Carlo, Monaco! This was a doozy. Long story short, S won an award at work and part of the recognition included an all-expenses-paid trip to Monte Carlo, guest included. Truly, truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The private yacht capital of the world. S manning watercraft on the French Riviera. Subscrib...
Roasted Beat: February 2010
http://roastedbeat.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
A garden variety blog. Wednesday, February 17, 2010. It’s amazing how little it takes for a day to go from “ho-hum, mildly miserable” to “oh! This day is suddenly not-at-all miserable, and is in fact taking a turn toward the distinctly pleasant.”. I don’t know about you, but ‘round these parts that sort of thing doesn’t happen very often. Thursday, February 11, 2010. Pop culture download . a random collection of tidbits). 8221; battle, and the next, credits are rolling. I thought it wrapped up poorly.
Roasted Beat: May 2010
http://roastedbeat.blogspot.com/2010_05_01_archive.html
A garden variety blog. Sunday, May 9, 2010. Well, clearly I know what the point is, it’s to bring in a paycheck. Is that motive enough to keep doing something I don’t think I really want to be doing anymore? To quote my 2nd favorite song on the aforementioned. See, I even talk like a corporate drone without even meaning to! Thursday, May 6, 2010. Throw up a lot. And this stuff covered up all those. So you couldn't even tell." (emphasis mine). Alright then. Blame the 1st
Don't like my opinion? Don't blame me. Blame the 1st! Thursday, August 31, 2017. Read Economics, Not Assigned Male. In case you're morbidly curious, this comic edit is from "Assigned Male", an insane SJW webcomic written by an equally insane SJW that I wouldn't even force my worst enemies to read, lest they lose sufficient brain cells to continue breathing. So by no means read it! And unlike this webcomic, it will actually make you smarter. About it and why it's so horrible:. Links to this post. While dr...
