In their shared work with undergraduates at the University of Pennsylvania, Christine and Marlena’s research and practice overlapped in their work with students on academic probation, ultimately leading them to create a niche in academic programming that supports students learning to navigate the University with a focus on student retention. In the years since, they have transferred their success with students to creating meaningful and nuanced learning experiences for a range of clients.
