October 31, 2009. Pine Wood Derby Winner! We had our annual scout Pine Wood Derby this month. Mitchell and Ben have always taken it very seriously and are very competitive. It has been such a disappointment the last few years when Mitchell's car came in 2nd or 3rd. However, this year Mitchell's car took 1st place! It was also Cade's first Pine Wood Derby, but unfortunetly his car wasn't very fast. (Very odd since Ben did everything the same on both of them)- Just goes to show you it is all luck.

Monday, August 15, 2011. Stella has been getting into my stash of headbands lately. She'll put on 5 or 10 at a time and then go look at herself in the mirror. Lily really should be taking daily naps but I don't make anymore. She will crash on the couch or the floor and almost always in the car if we go anywhere in the afternoon. Cottage cheese is an absurd food. I didn't like crab salad growing up, I was terrified that the crabs would come out and eat me. I have a huge tolerance for pain. I love a good bargain. I've kissed way too many boys, many who did not appreciate my talent. I'm the most considerate of all of my siblings, for better or for worse.

Friday, September 16, 2011. Night of Day 6- Mykonos. Day 6—The Night Life—Mykonos. On the evening of Day 6 we ported at Mykonos at 6 pm. Mykonos is known for their night life and so they had us set up to be there from 6-midnight. Caleb and I figured we would plan to have dinner and then just head back to the ship. Once we got off the boat, our thoughts instantly changed! We docked just walking distance from the heart of the town. It was so sad to see them doing this. It was the best decision that we made.

Thursday, September 22, 2011. We ported at Athens mid-morning. From the port we were able to take a bus that took us through downtown and on a tour. The tour started through the city and we were given a lot of information about the conflict that was currently going on among the people of Athens.
