Se amesteca bine pana cand devine omogen.Compozitia se toarna in tava unsa cu ulei si tapetata cu faina si se da la cuptorul incins o jumatate de ora.

Ardeii se curata si se oparesc. Taiem ceapa marunt, curatam si dam pe razatoarea mica, morcovul. Maruntim frunzele de marar si patrunjel. Punem ceapa la calit, adaugam morcovul, apoi orezul.
