Tuesday, December 27, 2016. December 27, 2016 - Got wood? Yesterday was an extremely wet day. I drove from here to there, walked around a lot, touched wet holds but didn't get to climb anything. Last night however, the skies cleared up and the day started with sunshine and a clear blue sky. The streets were mostly dry so must be dry rock around somewhere already. He arrived yesterday around noon and after a coffee we went to La Ségognole to warm up and make Harco get used to the rock again. Thursday, June 30, 2016. June 30, 2016 - To sit or not to sit. They predicted rain for today but it stayed dry all day long of course until I drove home from work. It didn't rain but it was more like a sudden 15 minute monsoon, making the everything soaking wet. Just before diner there was another monsoon, but shorter this time and while eating it started to clear up a bit. It was a good choice because the boulder was dry. Some other time . Sunday, January 29, 2017. January 29, 2016 - It felt soft. The weekend was humid and the temperature felt soft compared to the last weeks. I didn't even have to wear a jacket. This of course came with a lot of condensation and thus soaking wet boulders. I set off anyway today and went to a new sector, Cuvier Sorcières, that has been published recently and features quite a lot of new problems.
