Another well-manned and beautiful race laden with friendly volunteers. And they handed out Pinot for podium spots… I will be back next year. Water was warm- 84 degrees- but the cool air temp made up for it. Bike: 1:17:15 (19.3mph). Overall good little training race. Now looking forward to Augusta 70.3! And Ironman Perform Drink.

Wednesday, June 15, 2011. I have finally thought of a way to tell you things i want to say while i am away or if i can't go onto msn. my blog! I used to use it. haha, not anymore. but now i am using it again :). Anyway, i hope you slept well last night with all the medicine .
