Adding Cue Points to Wav files in C. For a recent project I needed to make use of these cue point callbacks in an FMOD Designer. I was disappointed to realise that Pro Tools doesn’t have the option of embedding its markers in exported wave files as cue points. So I had a look around for software that does this, and it seems the list is pretty short. On the Windows side there is Sound Forge. And on Mac there is Triumph. The Wave File Format. Reference Tracker is an app for writers, researchers or students to help keep track of publications referenced or cited when working on an essay or research project, etc., and create formatted reference lists and bibliographies in a load of different formats. Hi Jim, I just read your blog regarding fmod and engine acceleration/deceleration. I was curious how many channels this would take up after the fmod process within a programming editor like say Unity. Converting between linear scale gain and decibels. A couple of handy little functions for converting gain/volume values between linear scale (0.0-1.0) and decibels. I always forget and have to look up the formula! They are useful when you have a UI in dB, but the audio code or APIs use a 0-1 scale.
