Friday, August 26, 2016. There is such excitement in the air this year as our students are walking into a really sweet deal. Every third, fourth, and fifth grade student gets their own Chromebook to use in school. And they are (literally) squealing with delight. My name is Craig and I'm an RTI teacher at Yealey Elementary School. In the Boone County School District. In Northern Kentucky. Prior to coming to Boone County, I spent 22 years teaching in a few private schools in New Jersey, Kentucky, and Ohio, with the last few years focusing on technology integration. With Boone County's focus on Chromebooks, PBL, and blended learning, I was hired to help teachers navigate these waters, specifically in the area of blended learning.
