It also taste great and is good for you too. 3/4 c French vanilla coffee creamer (sub with sugar or fatfree). 1/3 c Hot cocoa mix (nestle)(sub with sugarfree). 2 c Ice, and more for thicker mix. Friday, April 24, 2009. While this is not for you but your soil. I would recommend the use of a seperate container due to pesticides and filth that maybe on the rinds of the fruits and vegetables. Save the rinds and peels of the fruits and vegetables from smoothies and soups. Place them in container and fill with water. Blend on high for 1 minute and pour mixture in garden or on compost pile. I had this car for 12 years! Alexa turned 5 this month! Alexa with her Grandparents. She received such a fun pillow and skirt for her birthday. They just left on their second mission for our church. Davis finished our play set this month. Last year he built the fort and this year he built the swing set. The girls just love it! Alexa dropped over 2 minutes in her back stroke! She can now go across the pool without the lane rope for free style and back stoke. This has been such a treat watching her. Kasidee doing her breast stroke!

Zach and Katherine's Place. Tuesday, November 18, 2008. Katie has not been feeling well as of late. We noticed a few major symptoms a couple of weeks ago. She was drinking LOTS of water. Like a whole bowl at a time. That led to her having an issue controlling her bladder which is no fun for anyone! We went home with some antibiotics, a box of syringes and a bottle of insulin. Yup.
