Thursday, March 4, 2010. January and February 2010. The kids and I took a trip to the Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake a couple weeks ago. Lindy loved it. Eli stayed home with James and it was a good thing he did. It was cold and would have been quite miserable for him. James has been plugging away at school and I have been gaining a greater and greater love for homeschooling my kiddos. It has not been easy. There have been times when I thought "Gosh, it would be a lot easier to just send them to school!

James and I waiting for General Conference to start. October 2009. On Phillip's 8th Birthday Martha took him on a date to the temple. Sept. 2008. James had some school commitment to attend, was so sad he could not be there. Cute Little Miss Lindy, aka "Lindy Bug". This is Elijah and Lindy poolside eating peas for a snack.

Thursday, June 24, 2010. Field Training and The Gas Chamber. This is a picture of James' platoon. All chaplains. James is on the bottom row to the right. The first sensation was a burning on the exposed skin, especially the skin with open pores like the back of the neck where it's sweaty. The first task was to take of the mask, say your name, rank and serial number, re-place the mask and clear it of the fumes. James performed this perfectly. Slowly the air began returning, replacing poison with oxygen.

Tuesday, June 22, 2010. We went to the local summer festival when Jason got home from work. It was getting cold but we stayed for an hour or so. Jason loves slushies, snowcones, etc.I don't. Here we are in front of the shack getting one. I got an ice cream sandwich. That's more like it. We wanted Jada to get to ride something, though the germiphobe in me really struggled with the idea. The carousel sounded fun, so that's what we did. She actually wasn't too into it.but I was! I have three in me, why not?

Wednesday, January 5, 2011. Here they are: Aniston, Tyson and Makenna - they love being close together and they love each other so much. They are so sweet. They are eating every 4 hours or so during the day and 4-5, once six! My brother, Jared, and his wife, Hannah came from Florida to help and visit. Jada's loving some extra attention and we are loving the help and company. They are so great! Look how great my Mom looks with three babies!
