Blessings of the Martin's. Tuesday, August 16, 2011. Well, Alex started 1st grade today. It is so hard to believe that I have a 1st grader! Gosh, that makes me feel old. I remember being in the first grade and thinking my mom is soooo old. Well, she is 20 years older than me and I am 20 years older than Alex. So, I guess I am "that" old! She did great going to school. She let me take a picture before we left, but when we got to the school, she said "no way MOM! This is before school. Braxton is 9 months!

Blessings of the Martin's. Friday, December 31, 2010. What an amazing year! We have had so much happen this year. We moved to Greenwood in May. Michael took a job as pastor of Liberty Missionary Baptist Church. We love it here and have been blessed with a great church family. We miss being close to our family in Glenwood, but it is only about 2 hours from here. I didn't think I would like living in a bigger town, but it is GREAT! Thursday, December 30, 2010. Blessings of the Martin's. Sunday, April 24, 2011. It was a great day with family. My mom came up, so that is always great! The weather was nasty and rained most of the day. So no hunting easter eggs outside. Yesterday we hunted eggs with the kids at the church. We had to get creative because of the rain, so we hid the eggs inside in every nook and cranny we could think of! The kids enjoyed it even though it was inside.
