Origin of Chu Un Temple. Welcome to Chu Un Temple! Best known as BLIA, Venerable Master Hsing Yun. Established this organization in 1992. The headquarters is currently located in Fo Guang Shan Monastary. In Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Chu Un Temple is one of the temple hosting BLIA in Cebu City, other chapters are also stationed around the Philippines. They are located in Manila, Bacolod, and Ilo-ilo.
