October 27, 2013. Honey Apple Quick Bread. The honey in this bread makes it sweet and moist without sugar or fat. Cup raw wildflower honey. Cup whole wheat flour. 1 large tart apple, peeled and finely diced. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly mix milk, honey, egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix until well blended. Stir in apples and pour into greased 9×5 loaf pan. Tip: Spray measuring cup with oil before measuring honey. It will slide right out.).
