1 lata de atum ao natural. 189; chávena (chá) de azeitonas pretas. 1 chávena (chá) de iogurte natural magro. 1 Reduza a creme, na trituradora, o atum escorrido, os ovos cozidos, as azeitonas descaroçadas, as tostas e o iogurte. 2 Corte o tomate ao meio e depois em quartos. Retire a polpa e as sementes do tomate. Recheie os quartos de tomate com o creme e polvilhe com orégãos. Salmão fumado com requeijão. 8 fatias de salmão fumado. 2 colheres (sopa) de queijo light para barrar. 6 filetes de linguado.
