Andrew Huey pointlessly blogging since 2001. Home phone service (for old people). March 11, 2018. Last summer, I got a notice. Has an option for phone service, for $30/month, which is a little less than what I’m paying Verizon now. But I did a little more digging and found that Verizon has a wireless home phone. Option that’s only $20 a month (assuming you already have Verizon Wireless), plus $30 for the little base station that you need to buy. So that’s not a bad deal. Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.

Microsoft and Nokia: the Blind Leading the Blind. Microsoft's recent write-off of their Nokia purchase seems to suggest that Windows Phone's failure to grab the public's attention was Nokia's fault. I don't see it that way: I think Microsoft created and then squandered a tremendous opportunity. I Just Tried to Buy an iTunes Voucher. And couldn't.
