Along with the huffing and puffing, there were a lot of laughs and great footwork. Special thanks to Eskinder who took time out and taught the kids some fundamental soccer skills. Friday, July 16, 2010. I did it, I finally tried hot yoga! When I enter the 40 degree yoga room I instantly start to sweat.and get nervous. Will I be able to do this? Everyone is silent and then the teacher begins the class. We go through a series of poses, and pretty soon, I hardly even notice the heat. You become so focused on your postures that the heat becomes an afterthought. The only reminder is the sweat dripping into my eyes and onto the floor. Until next time.NAMASTE.
