Sunday, July 14, 2013. Dah hampir seminggu kita berpuasa.diharapkan puasa kita di terima oleh Allah. So macam mana? Bagi saya sekeluarga, masa berbuka dan bersahur bukan lagi pesta makanan. Dah beberapa tahun saya cuba terapkan kepada anak2 yg bulan puasa sama saja dgn bulan2 yg lain dari segi makan.so tak perlu nak berlebih2 nanti membazir.So anak2 saya setakat hari ni belum pernah di bawa ke PARAM lagi. Cuma baru2 ni saja kepala otak ni baru dapat fikir.entah2 kena guna silpat.wohooo silpat mah...2 Pan...

Wednesday, February 2, 2011. Eating spree (kononye Demam). From last Saturday, i was downed with a sore throat which eventually end up with a fever, well it turn out to be an eating frenzy ler pulak, I took off day(s) from exercising and relaxing.though while eating yer. alasan Nutritfying myself so that i will be stronger to fight the fever. hahaha LOL. Training after training. had been for several months now after the surgery and yet my legs are not strong enough to carry me over the 10k marks pain free, sigh. Breathing techniques baru dah cube.
