A Bake Odyssey: Happy Valentine's Day
http://blog.bakeodyssey.com/2010/02/happy-valentines-day.html
A baking expedition through mistakes, mishaps and sweet success. Sunday, February 14, 2010. Valentine's Day seemed like the perfect reason to bake something and Sara thought of the perfect thing: Sugar Cookies. We haven't made them much before but the decorating possibilities are endless. For the sometimes baker, there's a great website called Fancy Flours. We planned on having our cookies ready for distribution at work before Valentine's day. We started on Wednesday night making the cookies. Erin: It wa...
A Bake Odyssey: August 2010
http://blog.bakeodyssey.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
A baking expedition through mistakes, mishaps and sweet success. Monday, August 30, 2010. Bonus Post: Giving Tree Cupcakes 8/28. Sara helped throw a baby shower for her best friend this past weekend. The theme was bed time stories and Sara's favorite is "The Giving Tree." We decided to make applesauce spice cupcakes that look like apples a la Martha Stewart. To add our own little flare, we took 5 of those cupcakes and decorated them to be the different stages depicted in the book. Links to this post.

http://blog.bakeodyssey.com/2010/05/mothers-day-59.html
A baking expedition through mistakes, mishaps and sweet success. Monday, May 10, 2010. Appropriately, this is the mother of all posts. Why? Because we baked not one, not two but three dishes for our Mother's Day Brunch. We were looking for a challenge and boy did we set ourselves up for one! It was a great meal that was enjoyed by all but here's how we got to there:. Dish #1: Cranberry and Orange Scones. Now, you've seen us make scones before. Dish #2: Raspberry Marble Cheesecakes. The recipe comes Marth...

Yummy Things I Want to Cook from my Cookbooks. Restaurants I Want to Try. Delish Stuff I Want to Cook from Fellow Bloggers. Tuesday, September 13, 2011. I’m writing an article for work about couponing. You’ve seen the show I’m sure, or if you haven’t you at least know about it - EXTREME COUPONING. 8221; “You can print coupons ONLINE? 8221; “What is a circular? 8221; “You can use more than one coupon at once? 8221; But that’s all for a later discussion – and my work article. Now, I’m not suggesting ...

Yummy Things I Want to Cook from my Cookbooks. Restaurants I Want to Try. Delish Stuff I Want to Cook from Fellow Bloggers. Wednesday, May 25, 2011. Mmmmm I love a good muffin. When I saw the list of “Healthy Muffins” from Cooking Lite. I knew I was in heaven. A few years ago I used to buy a blueberry or corn muffin each morning from Wegmans until I learned that each muffin had approximately 60 grams of fat and 300,000 calories (yes, an exaggeration, but it was still a lot! Unreal. FOR A MUFFIN! 8226; 7 ...

Moonpie in the sky. Random and not-so-random ramblings about life on the East coast of Florida, USA. Friday, April 30, 2010. Parisian food, Stinky Cheese and a Sweet Feline. How beautiful Paris is! The obvious sites were gorgeous, but I just loved the shops and the street vendors as well. I could have eaten my way through Paris! Can't believe I didn't get a photo of the chocolate and banana crepes I had! Probably because I couldn't wait to eat them-no time for a photo! Ham and eggs.ahhh American food.

Yummy Things I Want to Cook from my Cookbooks. Restaurants I Want to Try. Delish Stuff I Want to Cook from Fellow Bloggers. Friday, April 6, 2012. Lamb Cake, also known as "lammie cake," was an Easter staple in our household while growing up. That delicious lamb-shaped cake with vanilla frosting adorned with coconut is something I dreamed about all year. I don't know what made this cake in the shape of a lamb taste better than had the cake been round or rectangular, but it was. Available for $139 on Ebay.

Not just another WordPress weblog. Update Facebook test user password – making batch request with python. A few weeks ago I wrote a post about how to make a batch API call to Facebook to generate MySQL statements. I am going to do a simple Python script to make a batch call to Facebook and update test user's password to "123123"(I just find it easier to type). Following script really does not check if the batch call being made is over the 50 calls limit, something I will be updating shortly. Https:/ deve...

A baking expedition through mistakes, mishaps and sweet success. Monday, February 4, 2013. Gluten Free Cake Attempt #1. Jamira has known us long enough to know that we care about what we bake and how it tastes. She has also tasted some of the treats that skipped the gluten necessity. BlogBakerDavid | Words, politics and life … in that order
July 31, 2015. 1 Comment ↓. Seems reasonable, but leftism isn’t about reason. It’s about outrage. In comparison, the alphabet networks devoted about nine minutes to the Planned Parenthood story over a full week’s time and much of that in defense of the taxpayer-funded butchers who are special darlings of the left. Truly a pitiful comparison. An important 2006 study by Lindsey, Roulet and Romañach. According to the study’s authors:. Well monitored trophy hunting is inherently self-regulating, because mode...
