Tuesday, January 1, 2013. 2 ½ Tablespoons vegetable oil. 189; Teaspoon sesame oil. 4 Green onions sliced. 1 Cup frozen baby peas. 1 Medium carrot grated. 1 Cup baby shrimp or chopped ham. 3 Large eggs whisked. 1 ½ Tablespoons soy sauce. 3 Cups cooked cold rice*. Pour ½ tablespoon of oil in center of pan and pour in whisked eggs. Scramble until softly done and then incorporate into the rice. Add soy sauce and heat stirring. 1/4 Cup melted butter.
