MBA Student blog about the life and times at the Asian Institute of Management. December 1, 2009. Weekend Over.Back to Reality. I cannot deny the fact that the long weekend is over. While some of us went out of town and had their own adventures, I chose to stay at home and go out a bit during my long weekend. It was nice, but sadly, too short. Checking my emails' inbox confirms it. The weekend is over, time to get back into my current reality of school and the MBA program. Still in semi-vacation mode.

Movie Review: Star Trek (2009). I gotta be honest here: I was never really a Star Trek. To wit: I've never watched any of the previous Star Trek movies, I've never really enjoyed the USS Enterprise adventures, I've never participated in the whole Kirk-Picard debate, and I've always thought that Star Wars. But after watching the J.J. Abrams version of Star Trek, I'm ready to boldly go where I've never gone before. As far as the ensemble cast goes, I found Zachary Quinto. The Movie Review Guy.

Movie Review: One More Chance (2007). How does a lovely couple of five years get back together after breaking up? That's the question the movie One More Chance. Tries to answer. The good thing is that the film presents a situation that answers the question with more correctness than goofs. The couple central to the story is Popoy ( John Lloyd Cruz. And Basha ( Bea Alonzo. One More Chance is a movie an older audience would appreciate (as opposed to I've Fallen For You. Tags: One More Chance.

Movie Review: The Hangover (2009). Everyone who drinks alcohol know the unpleasant feeling of having a hangover- it's usually a splitting headache with a sensation bordering on a sick feeling. But with the film The Hangover. You head will be splitting because of laughing. A Chinese mobster, a stripper, and a baby, the film successfully puts things together for a clever funny ride. I'd recommend The Hangover. The Movie Review Guy. He's also a Firefox OS Fan. Movie Review: Baler (2008). Movie Review: I Lov...
