Day One - Runner Mom
http://running.ericaharris.net/2013/11/day-one.html
A blog chronicling my running. Monday, November 18, 2013. Well - for my first day back I ran 4.22 miles at school. About a mile of it was on the track and the rest was around school. It is pretty flat so I felt like I was flying. I finshed it in about 45 minutes. It was a beautiful day. Perfect weather, clear and comfortable and almost no humidity! Posted by Erica Harris. If you wanted to live a risk free life, then a benevolent dictatorship migh...
