De la Facultad de Ciencias Culturales y Artes, Guido P. Parpagnoli, la creación de una comisión especial para estudiar la creación de un nuevo colegio. Que dependería de esa facultad. Y Roger Pierre Labrousse. Ellos presentaron un informe al Rector. Quien resolvió fundar la institución el 17 de febrero de 1948.
