Sunday, June 28, 2015. Does tickets to attends the Assen TT sound like a good enough birthday present for you? It does it for me in a way no other has in the last 10 years. And I'm including the presents made to myself in the list. Friday we headed to Assen to attend the MotoGP round. We rode there 2 up on the R11S to cover the 400-ish kilometers to the track. We're back in May 2014 and the R11S is making a rattle noise again after losing the meral-resin made center of the said plug for the third time . Time for a definitive fix : a weld. Thursday, August 27, 2015. Airbox and carbs (part 1). January 2015, we're keeping on stripping the bike to its bones. The engine had started rather easily earlier in late December, but having been stored in damp conditions and bean let standing still and unridden for an unknown period of time, the carbs are due for a good clean. Sunday, June 28, 2015. Got, then gone, then bought, then gone again. This is the sad story of this P3 ZX7R. It came one day and worked like hell, then left with its owner a couple of months after.
