Sunday, April 6, 2014. Crochet: Baby Flower Sandals Pattern. I finally finished these adorable baby girl sandals. I used Whistle and Ivy. S pattern for Bitty Bow Baby Sandals but chose to add a flower embellishment to the top instead of the bow. They are for sale on my Etsy shop. Or you can make them by following the pattern provided. They are just wood planks laying on top of some wood block every few feet. They felt like spring boards whenever you walked across them. The kids enjoyed 'walking' across them. Tuesday, April 22, 2014. Easter Bunny Applique Crochet Pattern. I am in love with these adorable Spring Bunny appliques. They are great to add to a hat, headband or other hair accessory or even a Spring garland to decorate a room. Love the Blue Bird. Has a great photo tutorial and free pattern you can follow. I decided to jazz mine up with a white pearl button and a small bow around the neck. My favorite part is how the bunny ears tend to curl up giving it more dimension. By Little Birdie Secrets.

Moments in the life of Nathan, Kendra, James, Jack, and Jonathan. Thursday, July 10, 2014. So this first part of June was the first Grandparent week that my kids could go to! Grandma and Papa took all the grandkids 3{almost} and up, and spent the week with them! Holy cow, did they do a lot and have fun. Each day they did a craft, went on a field trip, and had fun with. Grandma and Papa. Some of the activities were learning to sew. James now wants to "needle" something by himself to fix holes in his pants.

Friday, December 03, 2010. A Terrific Two Year Old. Joseph had a Thanksgiving birthday this year. We spent the holiday at John's parent's house with lots of aunts and uncles and cousins there. Too bad all he would eat was a peanut butter and honey sandwich. He missed out on lots of yummy food! He opened his gifts before everyone came over to eat. Needless to say, we've had a busy summer, but it sure has been wonderful. We've enjoyed lots of pool time. Carter loves it so much! He can't get enough splashing around. In June, Chad and I took our first vacation away from Carter. We had such a wonderful time, but I could not get home fast enough on that last day! A Little Bit Crazy.
