Kirkhope Mountaineering, Instruction and Guiding, Fort William.: A mix of weather on Skye
http://scottkirkhope.blogspot.com/2015/05/a-mix-of-weather-on-skye.html
Monday, 18 May 2015. A mix of weather on Skye. I'm just home from five days on Skye with some very varied weather. We had a full mix with snow, hail, sleet, rain and sun. Day 1 was a great day with blue skies and dry rock but unfortunately this didn't last, today though the sun made another appearance for our traverse of the classic Clach Glas and Bla Bheinn. A few days off now before I head back up. A busy day on the Inn Pinn. The views from the top. Back to snow, rain and cloud. 6 Peebles Place,. Ann h...
Vertical Obsession: Lagavulin talking ?
http://www.vertical-obsession.co.uk/2015/01/lagavulin-talking.html
Vertical Obsession The Climbing and Mountaineering Blog of Mark McGinnes. Sunday, 11 January 2015. Kevin picked the worse possible day for his first ever hill walk. Storm force winds meant we stayed relatively low (600m) and made a quick ascent of Mid Hill. He did very well to cope with the conditions underfoot; the wind, the hail, the rain and the snow, not complain, smile and ask if he can come again! Posted by Vertical Obsession. Kirkhope Mountaineering, Ben Nevis and Glencoe guide: February 2015
https://scottkirkhope.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Monday, 23 February 2015. Some winter skills and a team ascent. After returning from the Cairngorms I spent two days with Nicolas, who has some big ambitions and goals for the future. He has never really been on snow before so we spent our two days covering the basics and trying to give him the skills to help him summit Jebel Toubkal in a couple of weeks before he moves onto some higher peaks later in the year. Good luck to him! Tuesday, 17 February 2015. A few days over east. Thursday, 12 February 2015.

Is what I’ve been up to after finishing school. 25 Aug 2015 / 19 notes. Erik and Paul were chill enough to ask me to do the Robothon ‘15 logo. Even though I am no expert in Python, I use RoboFont every day and learned a lot about the UFO workflow during TypeMedia. The subject matter is very close to me, so I was especially stoked to work on this. It was a lovely opportunity to practice a little illustration and get out of my comfort zone. This tiny-godlike robot was more or less approved, but I mean, c'm...

The life and times of . . . well me.
The life and times of . . . well me. Deep ruminations, random thoughts . . . C'mon it's a blog what did you expect? Monday, January 05, 2015. Why don’t our conversations go anywhere anymore? As I’ve been trying to figure this out I think I’ve identified two continuums on which people fall. One is a continuum from certainty to skepticism and the other is a continuum from group-think to individualism. But some people tend more toward the group-think side of the continuum while others move toward the indivi...
