THE MINI MEUNIERS: celebration
http://joyofemma.blogspot.com/2010/01/celebration.html
Sunday, January 3, 2010. WARNING: This is a big post with a lot of media that may be over stimulating for some viewers. If you have any sort of heart condition, please only view a few items at a time and revisit after a few days. We were in Great Falls with my family and had nearly 50 for dinner. I rather absentmindedly volunteered to make mashed potatoes. After peeling 40 lbs of potatoes (thanks for the help Sam and Maddie! December began with a lovely but quick visit from my dear Seattle friends. C...

THE MINI MEUNIERS: September 2009
http://joyofemma.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Sunday, September 20, 2009. For his part, Isaac tolerates Emma frequently invading his personal bubble without complaint. I'm not sure why she feels the need to do so, but she often will get literally as close as she can to him. He also seems to enjoy her voice as he will normally listen contentedly to her lengthy imaginative ramblings when she "reads" him stories. Emma playing Isaac a song on her piano. Friday, September 18, 2009. Isaac getting his first bottle from Daddy. Awhhhhh! The other shower was ...

THE MINI MEUNIERS: April 2009
http://joyofemma.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 29, 2009. Last week Emma's class celebrated the Week of the Early Child. I didn't even know this was a celebrated week! Anywhoo.there was a different silly theme everyday. The two I have pictured here are Mismatch Day and Hillbilly Day. Other themes included favorite sports team day, silly hat day, and crazy hair day. Overall it was really fun and reminded me of homecoming week in high school. The kids all looked so adorable, but Emma of course was the cutest. Along with mismatched hair.

THE MINI MEUNIERS: December 2008
http://joyofemma.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 17, 2008. Well, quite a lot has happened since our last post! Emma started daycare, Nate changed jobs, Thanksgiving, a getaway weekend for Nate and I, a visit from Nana LaVonne, and my brother Ben moved in with us for awhile. Wow! After dinner we all sat in the living room and were entertained by Emma. It always amazes me that one child can enthrall so many adults! Emma and grandpa sharing pie that became communal pie. Emma feeding daddy communal pie. Emma feeding Emma communal pie.

THE MINI MEUNIERS: May 2009
http://joyofemma.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Sunday, May 10, 2009. I am truly exhausted tonight. Probably a combination of my incredibly busy work schedule and the busy weekend we had. Oh yeah, and I'm pregnant! I think spring has officially arrived in Billings. Today the temperature was in the 70's so Emma got to break out a new spring outfit. What a doll! Bring on the spring dresses. Needless to say, we have our weekend plans laid out for us for the rest of the summer! I'm sure more exciting landscaping adventures to come this summer. We then spe...

THE MINI MEUNIERS: November 2009
http://joyofemma.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 12, 2009. Unfortunately, this fall has not been very colorful, so we've had to create our own brilliance. We got an early snowstorm at the beginning of October and the temperatures stayed under 30 for about a week. Although the trees here are pretty hardy (no pansy palm trees thank you very much), the cold temperatures proved too much to handle and the leaves just fell off the trees before changing colors. Walking through the zoo. Queen mama and princess emma. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
