Jesse, Karina, Lilly and Jackson. Monday, April 04, 2011. 5 years ago, the quiet life that Jesse and I were used to dramatically changed for the better. At 2:59 am, after about 15 hours of labor and a week overdue, Lillian Preya made her debut. She was a beautiful baby. Our lives have been blessed immensely with Lilly apart of it. She has grown into such a sweet little girl. She is constantly making me laugh, Jackson adores her and she and Jesse are like two peas in a pod! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BABY GIRL!

Jesse, Karina, Lilly and Jackson. Thursday, June 25, 2009. 1 lb Spinach (I buy the packaged kind). 1/4 C Pecans (chopped). 1/4 C Shredded Parmesan Cheese. Toss Spinach and desired amount of vinaigrette together. Top with Craisins, Pecans and Cheese. 1 clove of garlic (minced). 2 T balsamic vinegar. 1/2 c olive oil. 2 T Dijon mustard.
