Tous les après-midi, l’association fait la tournée des bateaux présents dans le port pour proposer aux marins de les emmener en fin de journée dans un foyer. Directeur de l’AMAM, Marc Feuillebois est le seul salarié à temps complet de l’association. Il peut compter sur une trentaine de bénévoles actifs.
