我省要求各地交通运输主管部门按照“因地制宜、合理布局、供需平衡、便民便利”的原则，合理规划引导维修企业连锁发展 构建汽车维修业标准体系，鼓励维修企业共享维修装备，促进维修连锁化、专业化、规模化发展 推进行业服务品牌建设，科学引导“江苏车大夫”等维修服务品牌健康发展，提供公益性维修咨询及诊断服务 完善诚信体系建设及全身汽车维修救援体系 出台并监督 江苏省机动车维修登记管理办法 ，适时开展汽车维修配件追溯体系建设工作 建立维修市场联合监管工作机制，推广“绿色汽修”，促进汽车维修行业安全发展。 实施方案还规定了促进汽车维修业转型升级提升服务质量重点工作分工，包括 开展并完成汽车维修服务与管理标准体系建设研究、汽车维修业品牌化发展技术路径和政策措施研究及建立并完善维修行业专家技能人才库 12月完成推进“1 n”型维修连锁品牌建设，修订出台维修质量信誉考核管理办法和评分标准，指导建立维修服务监管信息平台,方便车主选择维修企业，并逐步与车辆交通管理、治安管理、车辆保险、二手车交易等平台互融共通 在今年年底前制定出台 汽车维修行业发展规划 编制指南，指导各地结合实际，编制本地规划。
