Dienstag, 22. Februar 2011. Die Strassen aehneln einander. Die Gehsteige sind meistens zu vollgeraeumt, um darauf zu gehen, also weichen die Menschen auf die Strasse aus, wo man aufpassen muss, nicht mit einem Fahrzeug zu kollidieren. Nach einiger Zeit werden wir aber mutiger und tatsaechlich, der Verkehr, Fussgaenger inkludiert, fuegt sich recht reibungslos ineinander. Meistens. Trotzdem, die Aufmerksamkeit wird schwerstens strapaziert. Das erste Mal auf dieser Reise erreichen wir einen Zielort zu frueh!

Aus angst vor dem feind, obwohl keiner so recht weiß: wer ist damit gemeint? Angst überholt zu werden, angst vor konkurrenz. Angst vor dem aus.

Montag, 20. Juli 2009. Schon nach wenigen Minuten Fahrt, waehrend der rechts von uns die Sonne kitschig im See unterging, erreichten wir die peruanische Grenze. Stempel und Kontrollen, dann durften wir rasch und unkompliziert passieren. In einem gemuetlichen Bus (das erste Mal seit Langem funktionierte die Toilette wieder) ging die Reise weiter. Wir hatten Peru erreicht. Eigentlich sollte ich hier "Back to Civilisation" schreiben. Juchhuu! Ausserdem meinte die Aerztin, dass mein Bein sich wohl entzunden ...
