Although the Solomon Islands possess the largest rookery for hawksbill turtles in the oceanic South Pacific, globally E. imbricata. This beauty (a.k.a. Lives about a mile deep underwater. They have weirdly stalked eyes as baby larvae (A) and the stalks somehow disappear as they mature (B). Almost nothing is known about.
