And similar nonsense…. Why Flowers and Frolics you ask? To add further confusion, it is common to drop the rhyming word altogether and only use the first part of the phrase for the original word. Ultimately, saying something like “Use your head” would come out like “Use your loaf” as in “loaf of bread”…bread=head, get it? So, there’s your English lesson for the day. Now, go rent.
