Det Tverrfaglige kunstinstitutt, (DTK), Bærum kunstfagskole: 3årig kunstutdanning, avsluttet med fagbrev vår/ sommer 2012. Malekurs med billedkunstner Annethe Østensen ukentlig i 1.5 år. Hovedvekt på mixed media, collage og acrylmalerier. Tre semestre ved Oslo maleklubb, under ledelse av billedkunstner Fritjof Hoel, oljemaling, klassiske temaer, stilleben, portrett.m.m. Flere kurs med billedkunstner Ivar Øksendal. Kunstforeningen verdens Ende, Tjøme. Sittet i utstillingskomiteen og styret i 3 år.

Er man åpen i forhold til kunst, har man muligheten til å se verden, omgivelsene osv. fra en annens synspunkt, og dette kan kanskje åpne opp for nye tanker og innfallsvinkler. Mitt hoveduttrykk består av malerier i akryl. Disse er abstrakte, eller halvabstrakte. Uttrykket er ganske røft, bl.a. basert på en noe grov preparering av lerretet, med endel åpne felt i malingen. Jeg er også spesielt inspirert av G. Morandi, og hans fylte flater med krukker og skåler.
