Life is an Adventure: March 2008

http://alg88.blogspot.com/2008_03_01_archive.html

Life is an Adventure. Friday, March 21, 2008. If you had to pick 10 other people to live with you on the moon, who would they be? Posted by Andrea G. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I enjoy reading and writing, but I spend most of my time online. Since I was 5 years old I have had the priviledge to use technology, read and write. I LOVE science and learning new things. I guess you could say I'm an artistic geek. View my complete profile. On Earth as it is in Heaven….

Life is an Adventure: October 2008

http://alg88.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html

Life is an Adventure. Tuesday, October 21, 2008. 3 things I learned about Arizona in San Francisco. 1 Arizona has Agriculture. Who would have thought stuff (other than cactus) would grow in the desert? Turns out Arizona isn't all rock and sand. some parts even have forests. It has the perfect climate for growing cotton and citrus. I have a feeling this has a terrible impact on whatever river they are irrigating from. 2 Road Runners Exist. 3 Scorpions are Everywhere. Life is an Adventure: December 2008

http://alg88.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html

Life is an Adventure. Wednesday, December 31, 2008. 365 days ago I was in Nicaragua listening to the mass chaos that's new years there. We were upset last year that it didn't quite feel like the holidays, but this year wasn't much different lol. Not in a bad way though, I've really enjoyed celebrating Christmas and New Years from a different perspective. I hope everyone ends this year a little more wiser and starts off the new year on the right foot :). Posted by Andrea G. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Life is an Adventure: April 2009

http://alg88.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html

Life is an Adventure. Friday, April 3, 2009. I also thought about how lucky I am to have the people that I have in my life. That I shouldn't take them for granted and that I should live every day to the fullest. Seeing the survivors in the Survivor Lap really touched me. these people are strong and have so much courage. They have been through so much and beat the odds. What challenges have I faced? Have I battled them 100% the way they battled cancer? Posted by Andrea G. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Life is an Adventure: San Francisco

http://alg88.blogspot.com/2008/11/san-francisco.html

Life is an Adventure. Saturday, November 15, 2008. I was thinking today about the trip I took to San Francisco last month and really it was like celebrating 2 centuries of being alive. So after being gone for 20 years, I went back and saw the places my parent's talked about. And I did it all on my own. well mostly. It was my first big adventure without adults really (although the Savannah trip comes pretty close). Even though it sucked having to pay for it on my own, the trip was that muc...As a side not...

Life is an Adventure: Life @ Nov. 25

http://alg88.blogspot.com/2008/11/life-nov-25.html

Life is an Adventure. Tuesday, November 25, 2008. Life @ Nov. 25. In the month of November I:. Made good grades on my tests. Went on a Saturday getaway to North Georgia with the girls. Made a kick ass powerpoint. Got closer to God. Knit something other than a scarf. Got my first caricature made. Rubbed elbows with the agriculture elite. Hiked 5 miles (and survived). Woke up at 6am so I could go to work with mom. Applied for a credit card. Applied for a loan. My tree has a sturdy trunk. My poetry collecti...

Life is an Adventure: July 2008

http://alg88.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html

Life is an Adventure. Tuesday, July 22, 2008. If I was a super crafter. I would definitely make this:. I think I would use a less busy pattern for the inside but I LOVVVVVVE the internal organization which is key for me in any purse. This bag is so well made! I really hope she puts a tutorial up that way I can get someone to make it for me haha. Posted by Andrea G. Sunday, July 13, 2008. Wouldn't that be more proactive? Because if not I feel like you have to have money to be green, and I just don't think...

Life is an Adventure: July 2009

http://alg88.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html

Life is an Adventure. Monday, July 20, 2009. I need to write down my summer adventures before I forget (and in case anyone was interested in knowing):. So far this summer, I have been to Ireland, Scotland, England, and France. Newark Airport. Washington, DC. Rock Eagle. And Athens (twice). I wished that I could go to Spain, Africa, Italy, Australia, China, California, Michigan, Arizona, Alaska, Maine, Mt. Rushmore, the moon/outer space. I am 99% sure that I'm going to buy a car. I recently found some gir...

The Noodle Chronicles

The King has no shirt! All for an end. September 2, 2014. Comments Off on September malaise. I haven’t been able to write anything of substance for a few months. I’m really straining for something to put down now. Not only because it’s 10:30 at night, but because I think I’ve run out of gas creatively. I’ll post what I am going to write the day before. Thursday, June 18, 2015. A new web technology has been announced by the big browser developers (Microsoft, Google, Mozilla). These are my initial thoughts. I reserve the right to change my mind, and almost undoubtedly will, but I thought it would be interesting to set down what I think now, so I can compare it with how it will all turn out later. The name is a good clue. It is an attempt at creating a portable web assembly language. Wait, isn't that what asm.js claims to be? Is this really needed? Asmjs ...

Research and Musings

Research and learning on a variety of topics, from health to computers, parenting to cooking, brewing to politics. Monday, February 27, 2017. Epic Smack-down is epic. She took off a glove and extended her pointer finger. On the back of the finger was a tattoo of the universal "Female" symbol. He kept trying to look around her hand to keep talking to her. He finally processed the symbol on her finger and got a lascivious "Oh yeah," look on his face, complete with an eyebrow waggle. Links to this post.
