Domingo, 18 de abril de 2010. Té a la menta. Omo buena tangerina me he criado con esta bebida no apta para diabéticos si la preparamos tal cual. Pero bueno bueno, siempre se puede reducir o quitar el azúcar. Ingredientes (para 4 personas ):. 1 cucharada de café de Té verde no perfumado. 1 manojo de menta fresca. Mucho azúcar (unos 12 terrones.pero dependerá si lo queremos mas o menos dulce). Añadir el resto del agua caliente. Finalmente, añadir el azúcar y dejar reposar unos minutos. Ame a las ballenas.

Domingo, 21 de septiembre de 2008. Este es un plato típico de Niza. Ingredientes :( para 6 personas). 400 g de masa de pan (o masa brisa si no hay). 1 kg de cebollas. 300 g de anchoas en lata. Dos cucharadas de azúcar - hierbas de provenza - pimienta. 3- Disponer la masa en una fuente de horno previamente embadurnada con aceite de oliva.
