Tuesday, March 6, 2012. I didn’t do too badly this week , weight wise at least. I am down 3.8 pounds, which is pretty good. I did make my goal (barely) of breaking into the new set of 10. I think my metabolism might be changing slightly. I don’t know how or why that would happen, but I ate terribly this weekend (think cupcakes, Texas Roadhouse rolls and Bazbeaux pizza) but I still lost weight. I guess that’s a good sign. Monday, August 29, 2011. I'm not good at taking "artistic" photos. Really, I don't even try, but sometimes I get kinda lucky. I think these are pretty cool. It's the same photo (duh), but I can't decide whether I like it in color with all the light in her hair or in the sepia tones. What do you think? Wednesday, March 14, 2012. Check in and the Plague. As far as the weight loss goes.Um.Not sure where I left off. (I know my actual weight, but I don't know what it was the last time I posted.) I think I lost a couple more pounds. I have 6.4 more pounds to go before I reach that healthy BMI and 25.4 more to go before I reach that "college" weight! OH - and at the MedCheck yesterday, my heart rate was low. The Nurse asked me if I was a runner because runners normally have a lower heart rate!

Wednesday, January 27, 2010. We aren't doin' so well in the Bell household. 3 ears are infected, 2 sinus infections, 2 upper-respiratory infections, and a case of bronchitis all within a week! I think Campbell sums it up best in her 6 month picture:. Love, the Bells. Oh, Carter. Even if shes mad and upset, shes just sooooo cute. What a little hunk of love. Tuesday, February 16, 2010. I like her approach. Last year we decided that eating out was bad for our pocket book, waistline (well, I was pregnant, but you know what I mean), and time together. We had starting lacking the creativity to create a healthy dinner rhythm. What does a simple dinner look like? Or a simple weeknight? What if we had spaghetti and played a card game instead of multiple food items and TV in the evening? Where can we cut back in our spending? Can we rid ourselves of this clutter?
