Interview with University of Toronto Medical Journal. User fees are zombies. At the University of Toronto with the Globe's Jeffrey Simpson. 9 February 2013, 3:50 PM. I was on a panel at Hart House University of Toronto on Thursday February 7th with the Globe and Mail’s National Columnist Jeffrey Simpson — the topic was the sustainability of the Ontario health care system. My slide presentation. In general, Simpson toes pretty close to the conventional centre/right line:. Even when confronted with example...

User fees are zombies - Michael Rachlis's Weblog
http://blog.michaelrachlis.com/post/40
At the University of Toronto with the Globe's Jeffrey Simpson. User fees are zombies. 9 March 2013, 4:51 AM. I had a letter in Friday’s Globe ( http:/ www.theglobeandmail.com/commentary/letters/march-8-canadas-own-stompin-tom-and-other-letters-to-the-editor/article9481641/. Simpson is more than mischievous as he regurgitates others’ arguments for user fees. Why would we only tax the rich who get sick? Filed under Health Care Expenditures.

Spiel 2014 – Day 4.

My Thoughts
Even Unto Death by Audrey Assad. The Elephant and the Blind Men. Once upon a time, there lived six blind men in a village. One day the villagers told them, “Hey, there is an elephant in the village today.”. They had no idea what an elephant is. They decided, “Even though we would not be able to see it, let us go and feel it anyway.” All of them went where the elephant was. Everyone of them touched the elephant. Ldquo;Hey, the elephant is a pillar,” said the first man who touched his leg. Ldquo;Oh, no!
