Becky, Daniel, Juliet, and Little Lorelai.: A Baby Story
http://beckymaw.blogspot.com/2011/04/baby-story.html
Becky, Daniel, Juliet, and Little Lorelai. Thursday, April 28, 2011. I'm sure you all know by now, that our baby is here! I thought I would share a few details of how our beautiful Juliet Noel Spencer came into the world. They decided the only way she was coming was going to be by C-section. I had not wanted to have a C-section, I mean who really does? Pictures don't want to post right, so I will put them on their own post. We think she is quite the cutie though. So not a coincidence, Im a professional yo.

Becky, Daniel, Juliet, and Little Lorelai.: August 2011
http://beckymaw.blogspot.com/2011_08_01_archive.html
Becky, Daniel, Juliet, and Little Lorelai. Wednesday, August 10, 2011. Remember how I am on a Facebook fast? Juliet has become a master rolling machine. For those of you who don't know, Juliet has HATED tummy time. She would scream like it was the worst possible thing I could ever do to her. Since she can roll now, it's no longer a problem. I put her on her tummy and she rolls over while giving me a look as if to say "ha ha mommy, I'm in control now! Monday, August 8, 2011. It could have been way worse.

Monday, July 14, 2014. Some things never change.and some things change a lot. I haven't posted a recipe in about 21 months. I admit it: I abandoned this blog. I've thought about coming back. I've thought about never coming back. I've settled on the former. I don't really know if I could explain why; I don't really know if a psychologist could explain why, but I'm here and I even have a recipe to post later. So, 21 months is a long time- Let's talk about some things that have changed since my last post.

Tasty Food for Tasty People: July 2014

Monday, July 14, 2014. My favorite way to cook Greens. I digress. Vegetables can taste awesome. I don't like very many kinds of vegetables raw. I don't know a lot of people who like very many kinds of vegetables raw. So, we cook them. Far too often we think of vegetables as an afterthought. Boil some frozen broccoli. Look! Most people wouldn't like chicken very much if that was all we did to it, so let's cook our veggies better. 8 cups dark leafy greens- torn into about 2 inch pieces. 2 TBS olive oil.

Tasty Food for Tasty People: February 2012
http://beckystastyfood.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 21, 2012. Garlic Lemon Roasted Chicken. 1 1/2 tsp of lemon pepper. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, see I'm getting better at remembering that step! Wash your chicken and pat it dry. Put the chicken off to the side and cut the lemon in half. Squeeze about 1 TBS of juice from the lemon into a bowl. Take the remainder of the lemon, plus 2 cloves of garlic and stuff them into the chicken cavity. I broke the skin, try not to do that. Saturday, February 11, 2012. It's all Shiny and New!
