To visit the Vegan Bodybuilding. Sunday, 26 October 2014. Pumpkin soup with potato dumplings. If you are feeling all skin and bones this Halloween, then it might be time to have a go at a seasonal favourite meal with a little twist. I created this dish simply because I wanted to try and make pumpkin soup (I have never done it before) and a friend told me about a thing called a potato dumpling (which I had never heard of before). This recipe serves 2 people. 1 Medium celery stick. Black pepper to taste.

I suggest you view the above and the article as you'll need those to see what he is claiming. I think you'll find it interesting how people are affected by words and how they can be confused by meanings to draw totally incorrect conclusions from sometimes correct ideas. 1/ Health - wow! Check out some of the health benefits mentioned there. 3/ Now let's look at...

All those bacon mimes put up by meat eaters are suddenly sounding a little bit hollow :-). Scientists discovers a type of seaweed they were growing had somehow developed the taste of bacon, so they are launching it as a new product. It may taste like bacon, but has more minerals and twice the nutritional value of kale and a ton of protein as well. I actually foun...

To visit the Vegan Bodybuilding. Sunday, 15 September 2013. REVIEW: Vegvit, vitashine tablets. Is the new multi from the makers of vitashine and opti3 vitamin D3 and DHA/EPA pills. This is their first go at a multi so I was interested to see what they could come up with. This could be just a brand name for a proprietary carotenoid blend or similar, but I have asked about it. I liked the inclusion of the plant extracts, that is unusual in a multi pill and I thought it was a nice touch. I'm guessing that m...

They were called Freet. I had been after a pair that would be suitable for slack lining and in the gym, so they would need to be really grippy, but still give the feet a lot of feedback. Your feet felt very free and could breathe. Even going into sea water was fine as they dried quickly and when you got home ...
