Lest you think that we’re just jumping on the bandwagon, we booked the dinner on October 9th — before the En Route list of the top new restaurants. Came out, and waaaay before the Globe and Mail list of top restaurants. Was published on Friday.

We ate a couple of lamb chops and a bunch of veggies and potatoes. First thing into the oven was the potatoes: they need about an hour, even if they are fingerlings. Sunday, 23 October 2011. Okay I slacked.movin on. I've decided that whatever else I do eat, it will be the healthiest I can manage to consume. Small 99gr of tuna for lunch (170 cals) today and going forward lots of cups of Hibiscus and Jasmine tea are the order of my days to come. I've read a lot of great info about hibiscus tea and blood pressure, as well as cholesterol, so I'm going to add that to my lifestyle to help avoid hubby's plight of pills and daily testing. yoi. Friday, 29 April 2011. Busy day at work today, I hardly had time to even think about what I was going to eat. Had my normal breakfast shake and a banana at breaktime, but forgot that today we were being taken out for lunch for support staff week. Monday, 1 April 2013. Another traditional British meal are pot pies. Chicken pot pies were one of my very favourite comfort meals in the past. As you can see by the above, that is exactly the case - the PAST! It doesn't mean I can't cook up a very comforting pie that tastes every bit as good as the pies of old. Thursday, 27 September 2012. A Change May be Better than a Rest. Well, I've really gone and done it now! The more I researched and the more I learned, the more determined I became to cut meat and dairy out of my diet completely. Cheese was hard! But I'm never normally one to do things by halves. Decided to make some vegan doggie biscuits for Kuda Bear :) Easy peasy recipe. 3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour. 1/3 Cup Nutritional Yeast. 1 Cup Low-Sodium Vegetable Broth.
