Just thought I would post an update about my adventures in home brewing. In November, I brewed a 5-gallon batch of Northern Brewer’s Ace of Spades Black IPA. There is a popular Action that, although it is not done every day by all people, almost everyone on earth would probably like to do it every day. The Action is unquestionably a good thing, but it does have some risk involved in it in the form of one particular Consequence. Should we celebrate the Method for freeing us to enjoy ourselves?
