那你認為我們我們會再退回去說不用這個錄螢幕嗎 其實，這是可以考量的哦，那我想在這個主題上 你如何要去信任你的雲端工作的同仁，你的工作的夥伴呢 我的我個人的答案是呢 我不信任，為什麼呢. 所以你說呢 關於信任這個議題呢 我老實說我連我自己都不信任了，且過往了跟一些廠商合作呢，我也不太信任，為什麼 因為我們被騙過好幾次了嗎 那新進同仁，我又怎麼樣會信任他們呢. 當然我認為信任才是一個相對的議題，你不能說你永遠都不信任他那，我認為信任是互相的，他提出這個，要求的時候呢啊，我想，我首先想到就是每個議題，其實都是一個談判，比如說呢，今天同仁做跟你說我想要加薪1萬塊，難道你就馬上答應了嗎 我想這是不可能的，而你又說我要1萬塊，你馬上就答應了那下次呢 下次是什麼下次我加薪2萬塊，下次我加薪5萬塊，再下次加薪50萬，可能嗎 當然不可能啊. 而在當下他提出了這個概念的時候呢 我告訴他一個概念 請問你要拿什麼來交換 然後他也愣住了，什麼 我還要拿什麼東西來交換 當然啦各位，當你提出一個要求，難道你只想要但是不付出嗎 各位，請問同仁對我們的 一個老闆來說我們要的是什麼 我們要的是結果嗎 對吧. 十二月 6th, 2016.
