Vrijdag 24 augustus 2012. Ik kan overal gelukkig zijn. Gisteren overkwam mij weer eens iets bijzonders. Ik wilde vanuit de stad rechtstreeks naar het station fietsen, maar werd halverwege omgeleid. Weg van de bouwput die daar ontstaan is omdat Utrecht een nieuw station krijgt. En toen gebeurde het. Ik voelde met heel mijn weten dat overal schoonheid te vinden is. Dat ik overal gelukkig kan zijn als ik lekker in mijn vel zit. Dat ik nergens bang voor hoef te zijn. Vooroordelen hebben geen vat op mij.
