If it's not on a blog it didn't happen! Newer posts →. Once Upon a Tart. May 30, 2012. Above is an image taken from Once Upon A Tart, a quirky little cafe in Glasgow’s City Centre. Once Upon a Tart was the first place that Joel and visited before deciding to move to Glasgow. The gravitational pull from the cafe on two unknowing passers by was enormous. Inside doesn’t disappoint either. The service is magical and the taste of the cakes sensational. A magical journey in Scotland to follow…. Once upon a tart.
