Opening a Gem source with Sublime Text 2. I frequently want to look at the source of a gem and need a quick and easy way to open the gem source in Sublime Text 2. This assumes you can access Sublime Text 2 in terminal using ‘subl’. If not see here. 1 Open Terminal and then open either .bash profile or .bashrc with a text editor. 2 Paste the following lines into the file.
