In a spirit of openness I thought that I'd share my first day (25th June)'s results with the world. For the record, it's not clear to me which timezone Google analytics uses, so these figures are for approximately 24 hours, but not necessarily in any particular timezone. Wednesday, 29 April 2009. Multi-page PDF support, Maxi-mode interface. I'm delighted to announce that our new build, 142, now supports reading from multi-page PDFs. Saturday, 23 July 2011. Some of you will no doubt have noticed that VelOCRaptor does not work under Mac OS X 10.7. The GUI is fine, but the code that writes PDF's crashes. I've spent some frustrating hours on this, and it seems to be a bug in a particular framework that Apple ships with Mac OS, but which now doesn't work on Lion. Unfortunately, despite shipping this framework (RubyCocoa), Apple don't offer support for it, and I can't find any simple work-around. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
